Rhiannon studied law at Cardiff University, where she was also awarded a distinction in her Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC). She completed her training contract with a Bristol-based firm, where she was promoted to the position of Associate three years after qualification, the earliest point permitted by the practice.
She has acted for both claimants and respondents, representing her clients in a variety of claims, including unfair dismissal, all types of discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing and breach of contract. Rhiannon has experience of advising both employers and employees on a range of legal issues, including TUPE, the management of grievances and performance issues, absence management, restructuring/redundancy, restrictive covenants and the employment-related elements of corporate transactions. At MDJ, Rhiannon continues with her dual practice.
