Having gained his degree from Cardiff University, Mark worked for an international law firm in the City before joining one of Wales’ leading firms in 1996. Mark has over 25 year’s dedicated employment law experience, advising many of Wales’ and the UK’s highest profile employers

He has acted for a wide range of private sector employers from start-ups to listed multi-national organisations and also has extensive experience in the public sector fields of health, education and government, advising on all aspects of employee disputes, including dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, staff transfers, and complex contract claims involving senior executives
